These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TechLedger.ai website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
TechLedger.ai provides forensic system analysis and diagnostic services for Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications. Our services include extraction of system metadata, generation of diagnostic reports and visualizations, and AI-assisted analysis of system configurations and processes.
Each client engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work or engagement agreement that specifies the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. These Terms apply in addition to any engagement-specific agreement. In the event of a conflict, the engagement-specific agreement takes precedence.
To deliver our services, we require that you provide appropriate access to your Zoho environment as specified in the engagement agreement, ensure you have the authority to grant such access, provide timely responses to questions and information requests, and review and accept deliverables within the agreed timeline.
You retain all rights to your system metadata and business data. We do not claim ownership of any information extracted from your Zoho environment.
Analysis reports, visualizations, and diagnostic outputs produced for your engagement are delivered to you for your use. Our underlying methodology, tools, scripts, and analytical frameworks remain our intellectual property.
All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is the property of TechLedger.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We treat all client system information as confidential. We will not disclose your system metadata, analysis results, or engagement details to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required to deliver the services (such as providing metadata to AI services for analysis) or as required by law.
Our services provide diagnostic analysis and recommendations based on the system metadata and information available to us. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our analysis reflects the state of your system at the time of extraction and may not account for changes made after that point. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
TechLedger.ai is not affiliated with Zoho Corporation. "Zoho," "Zoho CRM," and related product names are trademarks of Zoho Corporation. Our services are provided independently. This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the specific engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated revision date.
