When you engage our services, we extract structural metadata from your Zoho environment. This includes field definitions, workflow configurations, blueprint structures, and function logic. We do not extract, access, or store your transactional business data (such as individual customer records, financial data, or personal information stored in your CRM) unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate data processing agreement.
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services. We do not collect browsing behavior, IP addresses, or device information through this website.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide requested services, deliver forensic analysis and diagnostic reports on your Zoho environment, communicate with you about your engagement, and improve our service methodology.
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you SMS messages related to your engagement, including account and service notifications and conversational replies to your inquiries. Client system metadata and analysis outputs are retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted upon completion unless you request otherwise. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our inquiry form is hosted by Zoho Corporation. Information submitted through the form is subject to Zoho's privacy policy in addition to ours. We use AI services (including Anthropic's Claude) for diagnostic analysis. System metadata provided to AI services is used solely for analysis purposes and is subject to the respective service provider's data handling policies.
You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent for us to process your information, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
